When I was growing up, I always felt entitled to water. Living in Maryland, it was all around us, and it felt like an unlimited resource. It wasn’t until after I moved to Tucson, Arizona that it clicked. Water is the most valuable resource in the world, and we are living through a worldwide water crisis.

As an entrepreneur, I discovered that rainwater harvesting was an amazing opportunity to help people and begin to address the water crisis. In doing my own research, I discovered two things. First, the vast majority of people don’t do rainwater harvesting. And second, too many people see traditional rainwater storage tanks as an unacceptable addition to their home.
